Thank you for your enormous interest and support for our band-less mask "salone de mask".
We are currently experiencing an overwhelming amount of requests for international shipping. We also, hope for this and will be overjoyed if our masks are able to venture out of our domestic waters into the hands of our overseas customers.
However, the recent COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic has deeply affected our wishes for this to happen as some countries still do not allow for import of products from Japan by mail. Because of this, it is unfortunately very difficult at the moment to serve every customers' purchases via our online store.

Therefore, for enquiries about overseas purchases, please contact us directly through the enquiries page on our website as we will serve international customers individually.

When enquiring about your overseas purchase, please state the following:
1. Your address
2. Your email address
3. Your phone number
4.The product you would like to purchase
5. The quantity of the product you would like
(Please ensure this is stated)

When the enquiry has reached us, we will check whether we are able to send the products to the country you are ordering from, and then in the instance that we are able to do so, we will calculate shipping fees for your country and contact you with payment options.
This may be a tedious process, however thank you in advance for your cooperation.

* In addition to the shipping fee, there is a packing fee.

* Import duties, taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
